I am passionate about yoga and how it can change your life.
Even if you are not sure yoga is for you....why not come along and try; you have nothing to lose.
I love yoga and it is a way of life for me now.
My beloved better half created this amazing space for me to practice and share my love of yoga for absolutely anyone who is interested. No one can be too inflexible, too big, too small, too stiff, too old or too young. Yoga truly is for everyone.
I have been practising yoga for nearly 20 years enjoying varying different classes and teachers and I still do. I completed my teacher training in 2018 and have taught part time since. I love to run and ski and yoga has improved my running and I definitely have more stamina up the mountains.
I'm a teacher but forever a student. How much I think I have learned over the years shows me how little I know. The more I explore the world of yoga, the wonderful teachers and classes I attend, the books I read and the humbling experiences life throws at me the more I realise yoga brings me balance and calm and the ability to keep moving forwards. 'Take it to the mat' is a great habit to have.
Yoga is a journey for everyone on their own path. It isn't competitive, it is not a race, it is your own discovery within yourself and it is a great, fun way to keep healthy and fit.
I am a great believer that we should always keep an open mind, always keep learning new things and continue to grow in body, mind, spirit.
I am a Registered Podiatrist with my own busy private practice. Yoga is my balance in life and has supported me and enriched my life beyond words. It can truly be life changing. I really enjoy teaching and hope you will join me in one of my classes.
I am fully insured and registered with Yoga Alliance.

Feel awkward? Not sure? Give it a try, you have nothing to lose......
The yoga I like to teach and practice is one that is empowering, both physically and mentally, and can be applied to everyday life. I am particularly interested in bringing more aspects of the philosophical yogic practice to students in a way that doesn’t sacrifice the physical practice. I use vinyasa flow to create sequences that are dynamic, creative, nourishing and bring all of these pieces together for my students.
People come to yoga for all sorts of reasons but whatever the reason people choose to come to my classes, I hope that they leave feeling better and more connected to the inner and outer self.
