I offer yoga classes for everyone from beginners to more advanced. The studio is suitable for small classes and workshops.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
Please bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in, bring a water bottle (water is provided).
WHAT I PROVIDE:
A cosy yoga studio, water dispenser, blocks, straps, blankets, enthusiasm and encouragement :-)
YOGA CLASS SCHEDULE
Mondays: 630pm-7.45pm with Sarah
Tuesdays: 10am-11.15am with Jen
Wednesdays: 2pm-3.15pm with Jen
Fridays: 1pm-2.15pm with Jen
